Operations Engineer, Manufacturing shall act as the operations group manufacturing representative to the contract manufacturing site and is responsible for overall manufacturing readiness on new and sustaining products. This role shall supervise the contract manufacturing site to ensure optimal production, driving continuous improvement and improve product quality on the products manufactured by the contract manufacturing partner. Operations Engineer, Manufacturing is responsible in liaising with internal, third-party vendors/external partners in production output related to manpower, tester and process capabilities of the contract manufacturer and ensure the manufacturing partner is capable to support production ramp-up and improve productivity of manufacturing operations, including but not withstanding; production processes, tool/fixtures, and reduce workmanship related defects.
