Overview

Field sales account manager has full responsibility for instrument sales activities in his/her own territory in designated vertical market (pharmaceutical / material science / food & environmental / academia & research) including strong customer relationship building by delivering customer benefit based on keen understanding on the customers’ needs and challenges.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales targets

Maintain installed-base customer satisfaction

Submit accurate and timely monthly sales forecasts

Manage the whole sales process in aligned with compliance

Aggressively develop new prospects and penetrate competitive accounts

Maintain current knowledge on vertical markets dynamics, application trends, and other critical business information

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in scientific area such as chemistry, biology or biochemistry

Working experience (preferrable in chromatography industry) + 5 years

Experience in using or selling HPLC/MS would be advantageous
Leverage on external and internal resources to resolve issues and meet customers' needs
Highly organized / well-prepared / time management skills
Positive attitude and strong sense of commitment
Action oriented, eager to achieve results, and Effective working in competitive sales situation
Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate complex technical concepts
Sound communication and presentation skills
Basic English in writing, reading, speaking, and listening
