Overview

Waters, the world's leading specialty measurement company that cares about inclusion and diversity is seeking for a Principal Sales Development Manager to develop marketing and promotional program to stimulate demand for all Waters range of products eg. HPLC/ UPLC, MS, Informatics and ensure timely and proper execution of those programs.

Responsibilities

To launch new products or our existing products to new market.
Training of sales force and provide technical support
Hold product / Market seminars for customers and prospect
To co-ordinate internally with all the field sales team and managers to ensure that all proposed marketing programs are conducted with success.
Must be willing to travel extensively.

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a marketing/business discipline
  • Proven professional marketing communications and experience, minimum of 4 years experience
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal with a strong attention to detail
  • Good negotiating and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills
  • Self-motivated, confident with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines at once across cross functional teams
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint software Programme.
  • Ability to travel locally approximately 10% of the time (with own transportation) and work flexible hours as needed – including occasional evenings/weekends
  • Must be a team player & Willing to travel Extensively.
