Inside Service Sales Account Manager

業務概要： 日本ウォーターズ株式会社 サービス本部保守契約課に所属していただき、保守契約に関わるインサイドセールスを担当していただきます。サービス本部は、当社ユーザー様の検査、実験機器の修理、点検など自社製品および付属する協力企業製品のサービスサポートを担当する部門ですが、保守契約課は、技術的な業務はないため、未経験者でも活躍いただけます。

【業務内容】

当社製品の保守契約に関わる下記の業務を行います。
・保守契約の顧客への提案
・保守契約の見積り作成
・保守契約に関わる顧客の問い合わせ対応および書類作成業務
現在同ポジションには計4名の方が在籍していますが、長期的にご就業できる環境となっています。

■ 必須条件：
・基本的なPCスキル(word文書作成、エクセル処理)、さらにCRMやSAPの使用経験ある方は歓迎いたします
※実験機器、検査機器をあつかっておりますため、一般生活になじみのない専門的な用語は、業務の中で覚えていただく必要があります。ご入社時に、各部門の役割など、用語などのトレーニングを実施いたします。
※外資企業のためご自身の希望となりますが、英語のドキュメントの確認や本社スタッフとのコミュニケーションの機会もありますが、英語スキルは、必須ではありません。
