This role provide HR support an employee population for Nihon Waters and TA Instruments Japan. It will have a responsibility for a range of HR activities and support all employees in the organization up to functional leaders by strong partnership and collaboration with HR colleagues in various disciplines, Directors, Managers, employees across the APAC regions. Reporting to a Head of HR, Japan.
Demonstrate understanding of HR principles, theories and concepts.
Understand core business objectives and how HR goals link to business priorities.
Interpret policies and procedures and applies judgement of application for the business.
Provide analysis and solutions for routine issues.
Solve problems in consideration of policies and procedures or do so with support.
Review and recommend the refinement of procedures.
