Overview

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for all customer service support

    Provide assistance for FSE to manage service bag, qualification tools and parts ordering.

    Customer parts purchase order process.

    Compass  case and unprocessed Work Order follow up.

    Customer classroom education management.

Responsibilities

  1. Customer service hotline receive and reply.
  2. Customer parts purchase order process
  3. FSE parts ordering, service bag and qualification tools management
  4. Compass case and unprocessed Work Order follow up
  5. Customer classroom education management
  6. Customer training PC management

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience more than 3 years
  • FA related work experience more than 3 years
  • Familiar with SAP system
  • Good communication skill
