Overview

Waters has an exciting and challenging opportunity available for an Order Operations  Specialist to support Japan Operations. This role stations in Japan and will report to the Order Operations Manager for Japan

 

Collaborating closely with Waters Global Operations team and local country team, Order Operations  Specialist will be critical in supporting business growth and new business models, harmonizing best practices, optimizing operations process, improving efficiency, and increasing customer satisfaction across the region.

 

Critical success factors for this role shall own experiences and ability of order & logistics operations, excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills. The ideal candidate is passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction, work objectively and execute daily routine tasks with great attention

Responsibilities

Responding quickly to various requests from 200 dealers on a daily basis.

In the Chemistry Sales Department, the service level demands from OOT to our dealers are very high.

Two current team members deal with high demands from the sales department and service to dealers on a daily basis. 

Due to the necessity of processing these tasks daily without delay, this position is extremely important for business at Waters Japan.

Qualifications

  • Min Diploma in engineering, logistic, commercial management, or relevant certification in supply chain field
  • Min 5 years MNC working experience in a position of order operations/logistics/SCM
  • Proficient in office software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with knowledge of financial and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, AO, Salesforce)
