Overview

The HRMS Market Development Team Leader is responsible for leveraging in-depth HRMS expertise to drive market development initiatives, create new growth opportunities, and produce high-quality data that supports business decisions. This role combines strategic marketing with technical proficiency to shape business performance. The Team Leader will also analyze market trends and the competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to senior management and contributing to the company's long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the HRMS marketing team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure alignment with organizational goals and continuous team growth.
  • Analyze HRMS market trends and competitive information to identify new business opportunities, and strategically position Waters HRMS products in the marketplace.
  • Drive the pre-sales process by delivering engaging product demonstrations, generating interest, and stimulating demand from prospective customers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales tools, including presentations and training materials, to clearly communicate the unique value proposition of Waters HRMS products to internal teams and customers.
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HQ/AHQ, sales, service, and support, to deliver a seamless customer experience and optimize customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, opinion leaders, and customers, attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance the company’s market presence.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Masters Degree, or PhD in scientific field such as Chemistry, Biology, or Biochemistry is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree with exceptional experience may be considered.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in a sales or marketing roles, preferably in the analytical instrument or life science industry.
  • Proven leadership experience in a multinational environment.
  • In-depth technical knowledge and hands-on experience with HRMS instruments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing market strategies for HRMS products.
  • Strong customer focus with the abilith to build and sustain long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.

 

Language: 

  • Native proficiency in Korean and strong command of written and spoken English
