Waters is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join our global Strategic Planning and M&A Finance team. As a senior member of this high-performing team, you will provide deep, data-driven analyses to solve complex business challenges, support high-impact strategic initiatives, including M&A, and drive decision-making across the organisation. This role will focus on delivering actionable insights through advanced financial modelling, industry analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

This role is based in Wilmslow, UK, with a hybrid work model (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on-site) with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.
