Overview

Our Enterprise Process Excellence team is on a mission to improve business outcomes and employee experiences by driving step-change improvements in critical enterprise processes, and the technology and analytics supporting these.

 

As a Sr Mgr, Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for building capabilities related to managing and improving business performance through, e.g., digital scorecards, to enable efficient and effective reporting, root-cause analysis, and action tracking. This will require you to build and lead a cross-functional team with experience in disciplines such as analytics and data engineering, while collaborating with a number of dedicated, domain-specific business process improvement teams to define and measure key performance indicators.

 

This position will have a hybrid work schedule, with three days at the GCC office in Bangalore and two days from home.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead a cross-functional team with capabilities in business analytics, data engineering, data science, and data visualization
  • Define the technical architecture required to support, e.g., digital scorecards at scale
  • Implement and maintain high-performing solutions to support performance reporting and diagnostics at scale
  • Define, implement, and maintain the processes related to usage of, e.g., digital scorecards for reporting, to ensure consistent approaches to managing KPIs, accelerating root-cause analysis, and tracking actions to address underperformance are in place
  • Work with leaders and teams across different domains to ensure they adopt the processes, tools, and capabilities made available by the team
  • Deploy new processes, tools, and capabilities, supported with appropriate communication, training, and documentation to ensure full adoption

Qualifications

  • 10+ years progressive experience in business analytics, data engineering, and process mining across multiple functional areas (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing, and Sales)
  • Knowledge of Process Mining (Celonis) solutions required
  • Strong conceptual and analytical problem solving skills
  • Solid understanding of Lean concepts and tools
  • Strong project management skills, experience supporting global projects
  • Strong influencing skills, proven ability to work across organizational boundaries driving change and harmonization across a global organization
  • Results oriented mindset, operates with high sense of urgency. Proven track record of solving problems, breaking down barriers and delivering results ahead of schedule
  • Ability to think strategically while also being attentive to details
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience building and leading cross-functional Agile / Scrum teams
  • Product Owner and/or Scrum Master certifications a plus
  • Design Thinking experience a plus
  • BS Degree in an Engineering, Science or Supply Chain discipline. Master’s Degree preferred
