Our Enterprise Process Excellence team is on a mission to improve business outcomes and employee experiences by driving step-change improvements in critical enterprise processes, and the technology and analytics supporting these.

 

As a Senior Principal Business Process Analyst, you will serve as a strategic thought leader, driving enterprise-level process improvement and transformation initiatives that deliver significant business value. You will leverage deep expertise in process analysis, design, and optimization to influence organizational strategy, enhance operational performance, and guide the adoption of best-in-class practices. You will provide direction to other Process Analysts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

 

This position will follow a hybrid model work approach( 3 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday working from GCC office, RMZ ecoworld, Bellandur, Bangalore)

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic analysis, design, and optimization of complex business processes across multiple functions, business units, or geographies to enable organizational goals.
  • Lead the development of enterprise-wide process improvement strategies, incorporating methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, and Process Mining to deliver transformational results.
  • Partner with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams to identify strategic process improvement opportunities and prioritize initiatives that align with business strategy.
  • Oversee multiple high-impact process improvement programs, ensuring alignment, governance, and delivery of targeted outcomes.
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on business process management, design, and transformation to shape strategic decisions.
  • Guide and mentor Principal, Senior, and Junior Business Process Analysts, building organizational capabilities and a high-performing process excellence community.
  • Conduct complex data analyses to identify systemic issues, root causes, and strategic improvement opportunities with measurable ROI.
  • Ensure the scalability and adoption of process management and mining tools
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, strategic recommendations, and business cases to drive decision-making at senior leadership forums.
  • Shape and implement governance frameworks, operating models, and process improvement standards to drive consistency and excellence across the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

  • 12-15+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or transformation roles with significant leadership responsibilities.
  • Extensive expertise in enterprise process modelling, mapping, mining, analysis, and design.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs delivering measurable business impact.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred; BPM certification highly desirable.
  • Strong strategic thinking, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging executives and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, strategic roadmaps, and operating models.
  • Experience with process mining (Celonis, UiPath) and BPM tools (e.g., Celonis, ARIS, Symbio) at an enterprise scale.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, able to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and implementing process governance frameworks and operating models.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and their integration into process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working across domains such as sales, marketing, supply chain, HR, finance, or manufacturing, with a deep understanding of end-to-end value streams.
  • Master’s degree or MBA, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
