  • Collaborating with other designers in multiple offices: helping to mentor juniors and support principles
  • Tirelessly advocating for the needs and goals of real users
  • Influencing, sharing and collaborating early in the feature definition process
  • Looking for simpler, but better solutions to design problems
  • First line of action in scope definition and design level of effort.

Qualifications

  • We'd love to hear from you if you have:

    • Strong UX Design experience in a software or web development environment creating web based or SaaS applications
    • Deep understanding of the Interactive Development Process - thorough knowledge and several years of experience planning, documenting and leading interactive projects
    • Immersed in UX best practices, able to recommend procedural changes and efficiency
    • A Designer’s Eye – Must be able to translate complex concepts and interactions into visually coherent wireframes or prototypes
    • Projects a strong collaborative and consultative presence to conduct effective questioning and information-gathering engagements
    • Demonstrated ability to innovate and design exceptional user experiences; must have a portfolio ready to share and present
    • Experience working in and contributing to Design Systems

    • Bachelor's Degree in HCI or Graphic Design and/or relevant field of study, or equivalent commercial experience.

    In return you will receive:

    • A plan for your personal development in your own area of specialism, pursuing this with the support of your manager to undertake the training and learning to progress.
    • Competitive salary
    • 25 days annual leave
    • Private health and dental insurance

    • Subsidized membership of onsite gym
    • EAP (Employee Assistance Program)
