The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in sales, possess excellent analytical and strategic skills, and demonstrate leadership capabilities to develop and manage a high-performing sales team. This role requires extensive fieldwork, with 60% of the time spent with customers, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
