The temporary Admin role will provide cross-functional support in the following areas:
[Marketing]
Support marketing events by preparing promotional contents and scheduling promotions for seminars, webinars, trade shows, and conferences, and managing invoices and payments.
Consolidate and upload post-event data, and verify the quality of marketing leads before passing them to the sales team.
Provide general support for marketing asset management and digital marketing.
[Service]
Handle Inside Service Sales processes including contract opportunities such as LSP and ASP through Compass / SAP (CRM) systems.
Support Demand Service Sales, assisting in the processing of demand-based service opportunities.
Register and manage third-party resistors via RiskRate, ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
[Sales]
Create Compass accounts for new customers, input contact details, and regularly maintain account data.
Register RiskRate for resellers, execute and manage resale contracts, and update validity status.
Support Supplier Qualification Assessments and register designated Safety Managers for on-site activities, ensuring all compliance documentation is properly maintained.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, particularly in chemistry or materials science
Experience with thermal analysis, rheometers, or microcalorimetry products, or related sales experience.
Ability to manage sales pipelines using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Strong sales communication skills in Korean (English proficiency preferred).
Self-management, leadership, and teamwork skills.
Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, PSS, R3) or inside sales is a plus.
