Overview

Join our dynamic Global HR team as an apprentice HRIS Project Manager, where you’ll gain hands-on supporting the implementation of Talent Module and optimization of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) across multiple regions. This apprenticeship is ideal for someone passionate about HR technology, data-driven decision-making, processes and working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and execution of global and regional HRIS projects (e.g., Career Explorer, Time Off EMEA and APAC).
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) across different countries to gather data and align on project goals.
  • Help monitor project timelines, progress, deliverables, meeting notes and risks using project management tools like Smartsheet and help prepare regular status updates for Project teams.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, including project charters, timelines, stakeholder maps, and risk assessments.
  • Conduct research on HRIS best practices, compliance standards, and emerging technologies.
  • Help organize virtual workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings across time zones.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and user guides.
  • Contribute to post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in supporting continuous improvement processes by identifying inefficiencies, proposing enhancements, and assisting in the implementation of optimized workflows.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR technology, HR operations and Project Management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS or project management tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and intercultural collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a matrixed, multicultural environment.
