Overview

Waters are currently seeking a Traffic Coordinator to join our organization to support our European Distribution Centre operations in Oud Gastel, the Netherlands. The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for the administrative handling of logistical processes and contributes to the efficient flow of incoming and outgoing goods.

 

Reporting to the Logistics Office Supervisor, this role works in an environment which requires good collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative processing of shipments in the system (SAP)
  • Processing returns, complaints, and shipping discrepancies
  • Preparing and managing import and export documentation

  • Communication with carriers, the warehouse, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office is a must

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch and English is required

  • Dependable and able to work independently

  • SAP knowledge is a plus
