Waters Wilmslow, Accounts Payable Assistant 

 

Waters Corporation are seeking an Accounts Payable team member to join the Accounts Team in Wilmslow,  This is a hybrid role, working 3 days a week on site. This is a great opportunity to progress your career within a global leading business.

Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable Invoice processing
  • Processing fixed assets invoices
  • Inter-company Invoice processing
  • Answering vendor queries
  • Updating Purchase order spreadsheets
  • General ledger account analysis
  • Processing payments on a weekly basis
  • Accounts Payable Project work
  • Support global project implementation Ariba
  • Other Ad-Hoc reporting and administrative duties as required

Qualifications

Education:High School Education

 

 

Experience:

  • Some Accounts Assistant experience
  • SAP & Excel knowledge are beneficial
  • SAP Ariba knowledge beneficial but not required

 

 

Competencies:

  • Good written and oral communication skills are required, to ensure succinct report generation, effective communication with staff, and peers across organization.
  • Must be able to work independently and communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Computer literate – MS Suite.  Excel would be advantageous to produce reports and analyze data effectively.
  • Proficient English
