Overview

  • Receiving, analyzing, entering and processing customers incoming orders on a timely basis ensuring customer service quality standards for orders generally received via CRM and email
  • Ensure appropriately set TWA Contracts into SAP in order to assure the proper Revenue Recognition under USGAAP rules gathering all Proof of delivery (POD rule)
  • Provide explanations about Deferred Revenue and Unbilled Revenue balances as a result of TWA Contracts in the Balance Sheet and sort out the discrepancy into SAP
  • Validate in SAP items accuracy and prices for the purchase order and the tax information for invoicing and let their Supervisor know about discrepancies in case needed
  • Identify customer specific requirements in SAP to the Invoice such as back order receipt, receptions date, addendum data to be included into Customer’s invoice, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Validate local tax requirements into Invoice issued like VAT liable, payment terms code, payment type code, customs import numbering for items, etc
  • Follow up for delivering items to customers with WMS & Logistics team and also do the proper notification to Commercial Team and Service team as part of Orden entry activity
  • Ensure full adherence to Waters Internal Controls and keep proper documentation and approvals required for Internal and External Audit
  • Actively assurance of the compliance of standards performance (KPIs)

Develop improvement initiatives to improve metrics and identify opportunities for savings and areas for efficiency

Qualifications

 

At least 1 years of experience on Customer Service and Order Entry in SAP

Basic knowledge on USGAAP Revenue Recognition Rules

Basic understanding about Local Tax compliance related to Invoice issuance

Experience in

  • SAP: SD and WM module
  • CRM tool

Manage of A-Factura tool (Electronic Invoice)

Basic English
