Overview

To contribute business partnership, insights, analysis and execution for sales incentive compensation for the Asia Pacific Commercial Division. The Senior Analyst APAC Labor and Incentive Compensation will report to the FP&A Sr Manager, Asia Pacific.  This position will be involve in Labor, headcount planning/reporting and partnering closely with the sales, service and commercial operations organizations and is a key stakeholder in supporting the organization in driving compensation plan design and executing these plans. 

Responsibilities

1) Participate in the annual sales compensation planning and design process for Asia Pacific markets, Partner with sales leadership to develop targets and quotas across various roles. Work with HR and sales leadership to cascade quotas throughout the organization 

2) Administer sales incentives across several plans, ensuring timely and accurate payouts, act as a point of contact for queries related to compensation payments 

3) Provide insightful and useful incentive analytics across all management levels that deliver continuous improvement in incentive plan effectiveness 

4) Participate in budgeting and financial forecasting processes for labor and headcount planning 

5) Prepare monthly labor and headcount reporting working with HR operations teams across the region  

6) Analyze data as it relates to budgeting, forecasting, labor, ROI and other business performance measures 

7) Provide analytical support for ad hoc research and other variable pay projects as identified by management 

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related discipline 
  2. Three or more years of experience in the FP&A role with experience in sales compensation field in a structured corporate environment will be a plus.
  3. Proficiency in financial tools and software, including Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of BI tools is a plus. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) or commissions software is a plus 
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, candidate will interact with various levels of management across the organization 
  5. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail.  
  6. Highly organized, detailed and process oriented 
  7. Self-motivated, resilient, and committed to professional growth 
  8. Ability to operate in dynamic environment
