Waters Digital is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Platform Engineering to join our growing team. We have ambitious plans to drive digital commerce growth globally and are looking for a passionate and skilled leader with an unwavering focus on customer experience, operational excellence, and platform security.
As a critical member of our team, you will lead the Platforms and Operations for our Digital and Commercee platforms, including the Adobe Experience suite, SAP Commerce Cloud, eProcurement gateways, AWS Cloud infrastructure, Monitoring and Security. This role is essential to our global digital transformation journey, helping to grow our multi-million dollar digital and B2B eCommerce business(340 million dollars and growing).
The Senior Manager, Digital Platform Engineering is a technical leadership position with the skills and experience to manage our Digital Platform Engineering and Operations charter. This role is responsible for Managing the cloud platform and the roadmap, ensuring the availability, reliability, and most importantly, the security of our entire digital ecosystem. You will lead, mentor, and grow a team of technology professionals, influencing the technical direction and ensuring the health and integrity of our systems. You will play a key role in a global organization, impacting business in over 30 countries.
