Job Title: China CBU consumables Pre-sales

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct CBU chemistry group (CG) quotation.
  • Be a coordinator to support CG sales on all CBU CG related jobs.
  • Assist sales in coordinating placing sales orders from distributors.
  • Coordinate internal communication across departments to ensure the successful completion of consumable orders.
  • Help distributors and customers check product delivery schedules, etc.
  • Support sales and distributors in the calculation and processing of order rebates, etc.
  • Build scorecards for commercial results and track follow-up actions to continuously improve sales performance.
  • Be a great partner for sales team, providing support and insight to help them achieve their goals.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Statistics or Chemistry.
  • 3+ years of related working experience in pre-sales, sales operations, sales support, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen interest in building a career in sales.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to deliver results under complex situations and tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to keep compliance under any pressure.
