Sr Sales Development Specialist

Waters, the world's leading specialty measurement company is seeking for a Sales Development Specialist to support the very successful growth of our businesses across Shanghai and Jiangsu.

As Sales Development Specialist, this role will focus on sales supporting and marketing activities implementation. You will be required to team work with cross-functional departments such as Marketing, Application, Sales, ect. to boost Waters business in local territories.

1. Sales supporting such as customer co-visiting, documents generation, solution presentation. Conduct or support local seminars, marketing events, etc.
2. Provide field and remote support to sales organization by providing customers with hands-on technical guidance(pre-sales & post-sales activities).Serve as a customer facing technical expert,demonstrating intimate knowledge of products and familiarity and challenges in the field.
3. Plan, localize and implement diversified business development programs according to program codes in related industries.
4. Work closely with sales to achieve and exceed business goals.

1. Masters Degree, or PhD in scientific area such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry
2. 3+ years application experience in using HRMS
3. Has a professional background in the field of omics research
4. Sound communication and presentation skills
5. Highly organized / well-prepared / time management skills
6. Adaptive to a dynamic and ever-changing environment
