Field Service Engineer II

【仕事内容】

1. 顧客先で、上記担当製品の装置の据付と操作説明、確立されているアプリケーションの検収を実施して

　　頂きます。

2. バリデーション作業と点検業務、故障診断と修理、トレーニングを提供します。
3. 主に販売後の技術サポートを行いますが販売前の技術サポートを行う事もあります
4. 顧客満足度を上げるためにトータルソリューションを提供します。

【求める人材】

・バックグラウンドは化学系の専門知識および、LC、LC/MSのフィールドエンジニア経験があればより望ましい　　 が未経験者でもきちんとしたプログラムのトレーニングを行いますので問題ありません。

・英語に苦手意識のない方

・コミュニケーションを大事にされている方

 ・化学、電気、機械などの大学もしくは、高専卒

 ・要普通自動車運転免許
