Waters has an exciting and challenging opportunity available for an eProcurement IntegDration Manager to develop industry leading capabilities, consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience and influence eProcurement strategy across eCommerce partners as well as cross functional internal and external teams. As a working leader responsible for a team of India-based Onboarding Specialists, who execute Customer EDI / eProcurement Integration Projects, you will provide day to day guidance, ensure onboarding best practices and SOPs, and drive continuous improvement in throughput, quality, and customer experience.
As a key member of our Digital Global Capabilities Center this position will oversee and manage EDI / eProcurement integration projects with Waters B2B customers from project kick-off through go-live following the full B2B integration life cycle. Success in this role requires an execution strategy grounded in both internal and external customer experience, as well as strong collaboration and alignment with cross-functional colleagues.
