Overview

Waters is currently seeking a Senior Traffic Coordinator to join our organisation to support our European Distribution Centre operations in Oud Gastel, the Netherlands. The Senior Traffic Coordinator is responsible for the administrative handling of logistical processes and contributes to the efficient flow of incoming and outgoing goods. Besides this, the Senior Traffic Coordinator is also responsible for identifying and developing methods to drive improvements where necessary.

 

Reporting to the Logistics Office Supervisor, this role works in an environment which requires good collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative processing of shipments in the system (SAP)

  • Processing returns, complaints, and shipping discrepancies

  • Preparing and managing import and export documentation

  • Communication with carriers, the warehouse, and internal stakeholders

  • Identify and develop methods and processes to drive improvements where necessary

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that can impact the customer

Qualifications

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office is a must

     

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch and English is required

     

  • Dependable and able to work independently

     

  • SAP knowledge is a plus
