Software Development Associate Engineer

• Develop, configure, and maintain Windows OS images for deployment across various hardware platforms.
• Utilize VBScript, Batch, PowerShell, and Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK) to automate imaging and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot imaging issues using structured problem‑solving methods and root‑cause analysis.
• Assess technical problems, evaluate potential impact, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation for deployment procedures and customer facing documents.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and quality requirements.

• Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or MCA.
• Knowledge of Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit, Sysprep, Deployment Image Servicing and Management, PXE, WinPE.
• Strong working knowledge of scripting and automation, including VBScript, batch scripting, and PowerShell.
• Hands‑on experience in Windows image creation and system configuration.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capability to identify, acknowledge, and assess, resolve technical impact with minimal guidance during imaging or deployment tasks.
• Proactive in learning new tools, techniques, and technologies related to imaging and deployment.
