The Internal Communications Manager for Global Operations & Frontline Workforce develops and executes communications that support global operations, frontline (non-desk) employees, and transformation initiatives. This role helps ensure employees across manufacturing, supply chain, service, and field-based environments are informed, engaged, and connected to enterprise priorities.
Partnering closely with Global Operations leaders, HR, and transformation teams, you’ll translate complex updates and change into clear, actionable communications tailored to frontline audiences. You’ll play a critical role in supporting adoption, reinforcing safety and performance priorities, and enabling consistent communication across Waters’ global site network.
