Sales Development Specialist II

这是一个技术支持岗位，需要与销售团队和客户持续沟通与合作。通过在线技术支持，提高客户满意度，提升其对waters公司的品牌认可度。

1.对在线技术问题进行支持，解答客户的问题，给出Waters的解决方案。
2.整理编辑相关的技术资料，提升支持力度。
3.建设在线资源库，完善相关内容，并通过市场推广，扩大影响力。
4.对重要问题及时反馈，与团队进行沟通合作，消除市场风险。
5.不断优化支持策略和流程，提高支持效率。

1.本科或以上学历，从事化学，药学，生物学或相关专业的学习。
2.生命科学或色谱分析两年及以上，具有相关工作经验，能独立处理该领域的常见技术问题。
3.有良好的团队协作精神，能与团队进行沟通与合作，共同完成计划目标。
4.具有出色的沟通交流能力，能清楚表达需求和建议，解答客户的问题。
5.有一定的英文交流能力，大学英语4级以上或相关。
