这是一个技术支持岗位,需要与销售团队和客户持续沟通与合作。通过在线技术支持,提高客户满意度,提升其对waters公司的品牌认可度。

Responsibilities

1.对在线技术问题进行支持,解答客户的问题,给出Waters的解决方案。
2.整理编辑相关的技术资料,提升支持力度。
3.建设在线资源库,完善相关内容,并通过市场推广,扩大影响力。
4.对重要问题及时反馈,与团队进行沟通合作,消除市场风险。
5.不断优化支持策略和流程,提高支持效率。

Qualifications

1.本科或以上学历,从事化学,药学,生物学或相关专业的学习。
2.生命科学或色谱分析两年及以上,具有相关工作经验,能独立处理该领域的常见技术问题。
3.有良好的团队协作精神,能与团队进行沟通与合作,共同完成计划目标。
4.具有出色的沟通交流能力,能清楚表达需求和建议,解答客户的问题。
5.有一定的英文交流能力,大学英语4级以上或相关。
