Overview

Provide support to team for the qualification of inbound telephone inquiries, and reviews and processes leads from all other marketing sources.

Qualifies leads according to criteria established by demand generation manager and sales teams, performs lead entry, lead processing, and assists with registration fulfilment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for inbound telephone inquiries and processing leads from all media sources.
  • Qualify new Leads with the primary goal of determining via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to generate marketing qualified Leads and nature opportunities.
  • Key contact for coordinating and sending out EDMs as assigned.
  • Work with demand generation manager to set-up and manage plans for follow-up campaigns to call or E-mails listed individuals.
  • Screen penitential leads or accounts within the target market for leads qualification.
  • Accurately MQLs and targeted segment analysis to support strategy execution of demand generation and segment management.
  • Participates in phone outbound calling for VOC, survey and follow-up, etc.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached. Conducting follow-up communications to qualified leads through the sales funnel. Generate & maintain leads database and monitor sales funnel progress.
  • Generate new leads through B2B cold calling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above. A science degree is preferred in the following fields: chemistry, biology, materials science, physics, engineering, etc.
  • 3 years’ proven working experience of communication or marketing or business-related experience.
  • Outgoing personality, passionate, efficient, organized, pro-active, self-motivated, high flexibility, independent working style and creative.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills under complexity of cross-functional and culture.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skill.
