Waters is seeking an experienced Data Platforms BI & Reporting Manager to lead the strategy, development, governance, and operations of enterprise reporting solutions. This role combines people leadership, Power BI expertise (development + administration), SAP S/4HANA Datasphere experience, business analysis, and domain knowledge in Bioscience & Lifescience.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a leadership or management role, with demonstrated capability to lead and mentor senior BI and analytics developers. This role provides direction across reporting platforms, SAP S/4 Datasphere–based analytics, requirements management, analytics delivery, business partnering, and Power BI governance.
This leader will manage a team of senior reporting analysts and developers, while partnering closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and scientific experts to deliver accurate, scalable, and actionable insights across the organization.
