Overview

We are seeking an Order Processing Support Specialist to be the central point for administrative and operational processes in Brazil. This person will ensure purchase orders are received and processed accurately, while providing support to both Sales and Service teams. The role involves direct interaction with customers and suppliers, management of invoices, deliveries, consumables quoting, as well as maintaining documentation, inventories, and stock. Additionally, the specialist will play a key role in supporting events—both external expos and internal company events—organized at our facilities or partner locations.  This role will support TA Instruments.  

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide administrative support to Sales and Service teams.
  • Communicate directly with customers and suppliers to coordinate deliveries and resolve requests.
  • Consumables quoting 
  • Follow up on invoices and related documentation.
  • Maintain records, inventories, and stock levels.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, including trade shows and internal company events.
  • Ensure smooth operations in a collaborative, multicultural, and dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Professional experience in commercial or marketing areas.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage diverse tasks.
  • Initiative and problem-solving abilities to improve efficiency.
