Overview

In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a diverse team that possesses a true passion for technology, transformation, and outcomes. As a Senior Engineer, you will operate with a high degree of independence, owning complex Power Platform components and solutions while collaborating closely with development members and cross-functional teams. You will contribute across full-lifecycle integration platform activities including design, development, integration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, optimization, and support. This role requires strong technical expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to handle ambiguous requirements and complex problem spaces.

Responsibilities

 

  • Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot complex Power Platform solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint
  • Own and deliver well-defined solution components and features, working within established architecture and governance frameworks
  • Optimize and enhance existing Power Platform applications and workflows, improving performance, reliability, and maintainability
  • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into robust, scalable Power Platform implementations aligned with IT strategy
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure consistent implementation of architectural patterns and standards
  • Execute and contribute to unit, system, and integration testing, ensuring solutions meet technical and functional requirements
  • Provide Level 3 production support, including advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective fixes
  • Contribute to application lifecycle management activities including CI/CD pipelines, solution packaging, deployments, and environment management
  • Ensure all development and configuration changes are properly documented and compliant with organizational standards and security policies
  • Stay current with Power Platform capabilities, releases, and best practices; apply new features thoughtfully to improve solutions

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise application development
  • Minimum 3 years of experience PowerApps Canvas, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise solutions, including design patterns, development, configuration, deployment, testing, implementation, and security practices
  • Ability to work independently on complex tasks while collaborating effectively within a team-based environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience troubleshooting non-trivial technical issues
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical details to peers and stakeholders
  • Microsoft Power Platform certification (PL-400 preferred; PL-600 a plus)
