Wyatt光散乱装置およびAura装置に関する営業、営業開発、およびカスタマーサクセスに関する取り組みを支援していただきます。

【業務内容】

• 担当アカウント／担当地域において、現地営業チームと連携し、オンサイトセミナー、技術コンサルティング、およびアプリケーションの実用性テスト（デモンストレーション）を実施することで、新たな販売機会を積極的に開拓する。
• 初期段階の商談を、技術的な合意に至るまで管理する。
• 販売プロセスにおける技術的なアプリケーションサポートを習得し、トレーニング、顧客成功支援、高度なトラブルシューティング、データ分析を含む販売後の訪問業務を行う。
• 既存顧客に対し、継続的な販売後のサポートとして、高度な製品トレーニングとアプリケーションサポートを提供し、リピート販売を促進する。
• バイオ医薬品、特殊化学品、学術市場におけるプロセス最適化および開発の権威として認められるよう、アプリケーションに関する深い知識と専門性を養う。
• 業界セミナー、カンファレンス、シンポジウムにおいて、主要なアプリケーションに関する技術資料を作成し、発表する。
• バイオ医薬品および遺伝子治療市場に高い価値を提供するアプリケーションソリューションを特定し、開発する。

【求める人材】

• 化学、生化学、または同等の分野の博士号。あるいは、修士号または学士号を取得し、5年以上の関連実務経験を有すること。
• HPLCおよび光散乱分析装置の実務経験5年以上
• 高分子およびタンパク質分析技術に関する知識
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキル、基本的なデジタルリテラシー
• 優れた文章力および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力、ならびに基本的な実験技術、装置、ソフトウェアに関する深い知識。
• 優れた組織力、自発性、細部への注意力、およびコミュニケーション能力が必須です。
