Overview

We are looking for is a seasoned marketing professional who can develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth, generate qualified leads, enhance brand visibility, and support sales objectives. The ideal candidate should possess a well-rounded skill set that combines market research, campaign management, digital marketing expertise, customer engagement, and performance analytics. Additionally, they should be capable of translating marketing strategies into measurable business outcomes and adapting initiatives to align with evolving business priorities for their consumable portfoliuo.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement marketing strategy for Waters India consumable business to meet business objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities, industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans at India and regional levels.
  • Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and business development initiatives.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Work closely with sales teams and guide them to achieve and exceed sales goals through marketing initiatives
  • Track lead conversion metrics and optimize campaigns for improved ROI.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including email marketing, social media, webinars, and website content.
  • Develop channel strategy for existing products and new product launches
  • Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, case studies, application notes, and customer success stories.
  • Coordinate content creation with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Plan and execute customer outreach programs, seminars, workshops, technical sessions, trainings, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Design, plan and implement business development programs, with follow up monitoring and evaluation to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Strengthen customer engagement through targeted communication and educational initiatives.
  • Support field teams with marketing materials and event management.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer requirements.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
  • Generate regular reports on marketing effectiveness, lead generation, and business impact.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Technical Support, and Application teams.
  • Work with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing activities and organizational goals.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.

Master's degree (MBA in Marketing preferred) is an advantage.

8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in Life Sciences, Analytical Instruments, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, or related industries.

Proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, campaign management, and event execution.

Have hands-on experience in Salesforce and other tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Brings data-driven, analytical mindset and domain expertise to strengthen marketing capabilities
