Overview

We are seeking a qualified Field Service Engineer to handle installation, demonstration, and customer training of analytical instruments like HPLC systems. The role requires strong technical knowledge along with effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and commissioning of analytical instruments (HPLC systems).
  • Conducting product demonstrations for customers.
  • Providing training on instrument hardware and relevant software (e.g., Empower).
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues at customer sites.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of installation and service activities.
  • Coordinating with internal teams for smooth project execution.

Qualifications

  • B.Tech in Electronics or equivalent qualification.
  • Preferably 1–3 years of experience in the analytical instrumentation industry.
  • Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
