Overview

As a Repair Center Administrator, you will execute logistics and material planning activities for the return and repair of inventory back to repair center. You will also work with cross-functional teams to ensure that key business metrics are met. 

Responsibilities

  1. Material Planning & Procurement: issue purchase orders for raw materials, safety stock maintenance for ad-hoc material required for repair
  2. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics providers and service engineers for the pickup and transport of used instruments, manage all transport documentation to and from repair center
  3. Inventory & SAP Management: Execute all material movements in SAP, conduct cycle counts, inventory reviews, and scrap processing for Beijing location.
  4. Work order & Engineering change management: issue work order for refurbish process of used instrument, process related engineering change for refurbish process
  5. Warranty management: Process warranty claims for products sold in China

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s in International Trade, Logistics or related field
  2. 1-2 years of logistics/order management experience
  3. Meticulous attention to detail and quality control
  4. Able to collaborate effectively with internal / external stakeholders to deliver expected results to Waters
  5. Fluent in written and verbal English
  6. Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word); SAP experience preferred
