Overview

The SAP GRC & S/4HANA Security Administrator at Waters GCC will be responsible for managing SAP security, access governance, and compliance across S/4HANA and integrated systems.

Upgrade & Migration (GRC 10.x / 12.0)

Responsibilities

SAP Security
• Design and maintain SAP roles and authorizations across the S/4HANA landscape (DEV, QA, PROD) and other NetWeaver systems

SAP GRC Administration
• Manage SAP GRC modules:
o Access Request Management (ARM)
o Access Risk Analysis (ARA)
o Emergency Access Management (EAM)
o Business Role Management (BRM)

S/4HANA & Fiori Security
• Design and maintain Fiori catalogs, business roles, and tiles
• Manage OData services and authorization objects
• Ensure frontend (Fiori) and backend role integration
• Troubleshoot Fiori access issues

Audit, Compliance & Governance
• Support SOX and internal audit requirements
• Perform periodic user access reviews with business teams
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and standards
• Maintain proper documentation for audit readiness

Support & Issue Resolution
• Analyze authorization issues using SU53, ST01, SUIM, and STAUTHTRACE
• Resolve user access issues and incidents

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience in SAP Security & Authorizations
• Hands-on expertise in SAP GRC Access Control
• Experience in S/4HANA and Fiori security
• Knowledge of SailPoint IAM integration with SAP

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or 4+ years of SAP GRC Security experience.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple assignments, under time constraints while maintaining high quality work with minimal supervision

Ability to execute assigned tasks with limited instruction, providing task status and seeking help when needed

Ability to interact and work together as a team member

Demonstrated experience performing analysis and capacity planning in an SAP environment

Experience with SAP ECC,Netweaver,S4HANA,GRC
