Every newborn deserves the best possible start in life. As an Implementation Project Manager, you will play a critical role in bringing advanced newborn screening solutions into laboratories worldwide, enabling earlier detection of life-threatening conditions and supporting better outcomes for babies and their families.

Working closely with laboratory leaders, clinical scientists, healthcare professionals, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure customers successfully adopt solutions that support high-quality, reliable, and compliant newborn screening programmes.
You will be the driving force behind each implementation, coordinating technical, operational, and customer activities to deliver a seamless experience and help laboratories transition confidently to new technologies. Your ability to build trusted relationships, manage complexity, and maintain an unwavering focus on customer success will directly contribute to improving public health and advancing neonatal care.
If you are passionate about delivering meaningful healthcare solutions, enjoy leading complex customer implementations, and want to make a real difference in the lives of newborns and their families, we would love to hear from you.
