APAC HR Generalist

Overview:

Provides HR support services to deliver HR Service Delivery model. This role will support an employee population which may be across geographies or site level.  It will have a full range of HR activities and support all employees in the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Answer general inquiries from employees and managers as tier 1 HR support
• Assist new hire onboarding orientation and training
• Updating personnel files for employees and maintaining accurate data in myHR, maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
• Prepare data and report for HR policies, procedures, and audit, etc

• Work on Insurance and employee visa applications for APAC countries and liaise with relevant government agencies

• Oversee and execute each country’s benefits program and handle the related inquired 

• Leave management for employees

• Performs other HR administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Fluent in Japanese both speaking and writing
• Ability to effectively present information
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to details
• Customer focused
