This is a very interesting career opportunity for an individual who is passionate about finance aspects. Reporting to ADx Finance Director, APAC & China LC-MS Segment with experience of order operating, accounting, FP&A, tax, auditor & bank coordination etc.
Daily operation:
- Order operation for 3 ISS entities to support business running smoothly
- Cashflow management by including receivable and payment operation
- Accounting entry posting and reconciliation
- In charge of monthly closing process and ensure quality and timeliness of monthly, quarterly and year end close.
- Prepare Balance Sheet, Income Statement, prepares and consolidates financial statements, and other accounting schedules and reports
- Prepare external financial statement as well as management financial reports in accordance with local and US GAAP
Internal Control/Auditing/Tax & Bank coordination
- Coordinate with internal & external auditors to complete audits
- Accurately finishing regular tax claim
- Solving bank payment related problems
FP&A:
- Sales and expense forecast
- Providing insight into business and improvement suggestions
- Other reporting
