Overview

This is an individual contributor role that will be responsible for driving Professional Services Revenue and Growth in ANZ with high level of customer satisfaction primarily in the field of Waters solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for installing and maintaining systems including liquid chromatography and Informatics systems and related professional services activities. This incumbent must demonstrate a strong focus on customer satisfaction as well as excellent technical and troubleshooting skills.  As a member of the Waters Global Service organization, the incumbent will gain fruitful insights into this international service portfolio of a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth and Achieve AOP for Professional Services in ANZ (03PS)
  • Installation, troubleshooting and support of Informatics products
  • Scope, Document and Manage long term professional services projects E.g. Computerized systems validation
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with external and internal customers ensuring their success
  • Manage customer expectations by communicating work performed and providing follow-up plan if needed
  • Ensure customer compliance regulations are followed

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or a science related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Quality Assurance, Regulatory, GAMP, CSV
  • Experience with Chromatography Data Systems like Empower
  • Preferred but not mandatory knowledge on TGA, GAMP, US FDA, MHRA Regulations
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing is mandatory
  • Must possess a strong customer focus
  • Strong communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience with specific customer needs\
