This is a very interesting career opportunity for an individual who is passionate about manufacturing quality product. The position’s primary responsibility is to manage Supplier Quality Assurance Function pertaining to Water’s supplier.



  • Own supplier- responsible investigations (NCR’s) to ensure root causes are determined and appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented utilizing the Waters SCAR process.
  • Lead effective Supplier Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) investigations.
  • Determine adequacy of part acceptance activities and make necessary improvements.
  • Communicates effectively within operations as well as Senior Leadership through project reviews and status reports including preparing reports and supplier performance metrics.
  • Conduct onsite process audits at problematic suppliers when need arises.
  • Assist in the qualification and disqualification of suppliers.
  • Assist with improvement plans, when required, with suppliers that clearly defined targets for improvement, timelines for milestones, and measures to closures.
  • Develop and implement Quality Plans with Critical suppliers.
  • Drive continuous improvements within the supply base


  • Minimum 2 years experience with QMS – ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and working knowledge in mechanical drawings are essential.
  • Possess Manufacturing environment experience.
  • Possess Leadership, facilitation and verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of quality tools such as PPAP, SPC, PFMESs, Control Plan, 8D, and Change Management.
  • Preferably working in PCBA environment and knowledge in 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 211.
  • Preferably working in Plastic Moulding environment and knowledge in 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 211\
  • ASQ/SQI Certifications, Lean Six Sigma training, Green Belt, Black Belt preferred
  • Able to travel 25% of the time in both domestic and international
