The Market Development team is primarily responsible for identifying and managing business opportunities strategies for regions. As an integral part of this team, the role of Marketing Services (communication) is to provide strategic insights on tactics and projects execution on brand building, leads generation, marketing intelligence etc. Waters is actively seeking a motivated individual as our Market Intelligence Specialist, who can provide comprehensive market analysis and interpretation on a national and regional level for China market.


  • Analyze key competitors, key industries, product and applications and translate key intelligence into business insights and recommendations.
  • Make market study on each market segment from different dimensions to understand the operation mode and flow, key influencers and the way to approach the market.
  • Collect details of various tender project including bidding price, winning party etc. covering regions.
  • Develop, establish and maintain various databases and design the effective channel to share the information.
  • New market opportunity identification to expand product range, applications and market segments.
  • Support to develop the sales process.




  • Bachelor or above
  • 5 years+ relevant working experience in B to B business
  • Good in English speaking, writing and reading.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good logical and analytical ability
