Overview

This person will be supporting the Dutch sales team both CG and System Sales. Next to these activities this role takes care of the "2nd Lines" within the Benelux phone system. The Dutch Tenders, Quotation and general sales support will be the main role next to taking care of the phone line. Also related administrative task for sales support are executed by this person and is also expected to proactively involved in the [Dutch] Marcom activities. Outgoing phone actions are part of this persons activities towards the maintenance of CRM and support sales phone actions.

Responsibilities

 

  1. Sales Support
    1. CRM Maintenance and Related Activities, Correction of quotations in Back-Office;
    2. Assist in sales- process by providing information to customers.
    3. Manage the Sales-to-Service hand over and registration of incoming orders.
  2. Tenders Documents 
    1. Follow-up publications of Dutch tenders and Manage the support for the submission of on time
    2. Responsible for requests to participate, for obtaining specifications and additional documents 
    3. Prepare the complete files for participation following imposed procedure respecting the deadlines for tenders                
  3. Responsible for the "second" telephone line Dutch subsidiary, within the Benelux phone team
  4. Marcom Activities
    1. Assist and support in local Marcom Activities
    2. Actively involvement in organization and execution of telemarketing projects, as well as participated in releated call days
  5. All-round Administration

Qualifications

  • English / Dutch speaking and writing; 
  • Wish; French Language skills
  • Phone skills                                                                                       
  • Pro-active, i can do work attitude                                                                                                
  • Proven experience in a similar job                                                                                              
  • Experienced Office package.
  • Knowledge of  Lotus Notes, CRM Module of SAP
  • Reporting skills
