We are seeking an Applications Support Specialist who will be responsible for driving Waters Chemistry Consumables in our UK marketplace. Key metrics of your success in this role will include your ability to provide hands-on technical support in the laboratory to customers, and to successfully organise and execute practical demonstrations of our strategic chemistry consumables products across all markets, to ultimately deliver incremental sales revenue and benefit to our customers. Strong relationship-building skills, organisation and excellent communication skills are crucial to succeeding in this customer facing technical support role. You will utilise your strong Pharma/Biopharma background to deliver successful hands-on demonstrations in the laboratory for new and existing customers. You will have plenty of opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues to co-deliver complete workflow solutions.
This position can be based either in Waters Wilmslow (Cheshire) or Elstree (Hertfordshire) office.
