    Financial Officer  _ 'Good soul of the Hungarian office'



    We are looking for a financial officer at Waters Co.'s office in Budapest. Provides a variety of financial, administrative, sales and service support to assigned function.






    • Create quotations for service and for sales
    • Invoicing. Controlling the invoicing process. (in SAP)

    • Service and Sales related administrative support

    • Create quotations for service and sales

    • Financial and accounting tasks

    • Processing and recording incoming invoices

    • Ensuring the full administration, that necessary for the office to function

    • Bookkeeping and contact with the auditor

    • Handling the stock management

    • CRM maintenance

    • Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations.

    • Organizes and maintains file system, files correspondence and other records.




    Essential Qualifications:

    • BS/MS in Finance, Economics or Foreign Trade
    • Hungarian mother tongue, Fluent English
    • SAP R/3 (AM, FI-AA, AP, AR ) or any other ERP software knowledge
    • Practicing in invoicing (100 invoice / week)
    • At least 12 years of professional experience after graduate studies

    • Managing parallel tasks and processes

    • Effective time management skills
