Sales and Service Administration _ 'Good soul of the Hungarian office'

 

Overview:

Provides a variety of financial, administrative, sales and service support to assigned function. Responsibilities may include scheduling appointments, giving information to callers, preparing various reports and correspondence and otherwise relieves assigned manager of clerical work and administrative and business detail by performing the following duties.

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Create quotations for service and for sales
  • Orders and maintains supplies, sales aids and arranges for equipment maintenance.
  • Bookkeeping and contact with the auditor
  • Administration contacts (Intrastat, EKAER)
  • Reviews expense reports, verifies required documentation, resolves discrepancies and processes in a timely manner.
  • Handle financial issues
  • Handle stock management
  • CRM maintenance
  • Conducts research and compiles statistical reports.
  • Coordinates and arranges meetings and trainings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities; makes arrangements for lunches and dinners for local visitors.
  • Welcomes scheduled visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person.
  • Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations.

 

  • May perform specialized clerical/administrative activities within area of assignment such as telemarketing, tracking of work requests/orders, headcount reports, training administration, coding of invoices, procedure tracking and updating, and other related duties as assigned.
  • Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer; composes and types routine correspondence.
  • Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records.
  • Answers and screens manager's telephone calls, and arranges conference calls.
  • Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
  • Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mails

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • BS/MS in Finance / Economics or Foreign Trade other related field is essential
  • Hungarian mother tongue, Fluent English
  • SAP knowledge
  • Sound knowledge of PC operating systems and basic computer network skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
