|The Business Technology Department are looking for a motivated and highly committed Technical Support Analyst to join the team based in the modern facility in Brasov, Romania. We have looking for someone who has a professional and friendly approach to provide level 1 and level 2 IT support to users . This position is working in a team responsible for the development and support of all PC and AV related equipment within Waters Brasov and to assist in IT development projects, following appropriate polices procedures and regulatory requirements.|
Configuration and deployment of all PC related equipment
•Maintenance of all PC related equipment
•Ensuring all PC related information (Hardware and Software) is stored and updated within the Departments Databases.
•Coordination of IT projects as required throughout their Lifecycle whilst ensuring their adherence to the Quality Standards
•Assist in the development of IT processes to ensure their compliance with current appropriate regulatory requirements.
•Providing support for all Network users from both a hardware and software perspective and logging all tasks received into IT request system
•Carrying out other tasks as required in accordance with company policy.
•Comply with all ISO, Safety and Company policies and procedures
Intermediate / Advanced computer skills.
Previous experience with computers, computer related course certifications or a Computer Science degree.
Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Office, Lotus Notes, VMware vSphere
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in order to carry out the job effectively.
