Overview

Temp Position.

 

 

 

1. Candidate will be responsible for all the Service coordination activities which includes preparing quotations, sending AMC/TAP proposals to the customers, deployment of Services Engineer's, CIT Updation etc
2. Candidate will be responsible for uploading of Service Orders(FSR's) in SAP and managing Regional Customer Complaints
3. Maintain and renewal of Service Contracts on time
4.Will be responsible for the Service revenue and Collection of outstanding payments
5. Submission on monthly and quarterly reports to Head Office
6. Will be also responsible for any assignment entrusted to you from time to time by your superiors

Qualifications

Successful candidate is likely to have the following competencies:

  • Graduation in any stream
  • Should have a very good communication verbal / written
  • Should have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
