Overview

Waters is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of an Account Manager. This is a very meaningful career opportunity for an individual who is passionate about sales of liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry in a dynamic and challenging environment. The position’s primary responsibility is to manage key accounts and develop new business for sustainable growth in South Korea. Based in South Korea and serving South Korea market.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for meeting sales targets in Territory
  • Develope the sales strategy and achieve the business goals
  • Develop new customers in territory
  • Manage the whole sales process
  • Develop and maintain the relationship with customers
  • Collect and understand market situations and competitive information
  • Identify key applications and potential for our business and recommend Waters' solutions

Qualifications

  • Degree in Chemistry or Biology
  • Sales Experience 3 Years in Hi-Tech industry or Chemical Industry  : In case of non Sales Experience - QC/QA Researcher experience (less than 3 years)
  • Experience in liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry will have an added advantage
  • Ability to leverage on external and internal resources to resolve issues and meet customers' needs
  • Experience of international company preferred
  • Ability to communicate technical and business concepts
  • Major field of chemistry, food, environment, biology, biochemistry and so on
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good in listening, speaking and writing in English
