Waters Corporation's Professional Services Organization is comprised of highly skilled, motivated and customer focused professionals that partner with customers to ensure successful utilization of Waters’ product suite.  As an Enterprise Deployment Specialist working for an industry leader, you will be committed to delivering Waters’ legendary service to our customers who utilize our scientific instrumentation and software.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide (professional and/or technical) expertise on Waters' innovative product suite for multiple customer laboratories spanning across the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences, Chemical Materials, Clinical, Food, Environmental, Forensics, Academia and Government industries.


An Enterprise Deployment Specialist will provide high level support to customers in the area of infrastructure design and implementation planning for the installation and upgrade of the Waters suite of network based Informatics products.  An Enterprise Deployment Specialist will provide primary support for India but may be requested to assist in other territories.



    1. Implement the installation and upgrade of networked versions of Waters Informatics Software products.
    2. Installation, configuration and support of Oracle databases embedded in Informatics software products.


    1. Post installation, maintenance, fault tolerance management, and disaster recovery support services to accounts utilizing Waters Informatics products.
    2. Mentor customers and Waters personnel on the technologies associated with successful provisioning and maintenance of networked Informatics products.
    3. Work with other Waters personnel to ensure the efficient completion of customer Informatics projects
    4. Promote Informatics Professional Services for informatics products
    5. Application consultation support for Informatics Production solutions.
    6. You will also be responsible for any assignment entrusted to you from time to time by your superiors



  • Degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, or a related Life Science
  • Minimum of 5 years experience specializing in laboratory networked Informatics software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive experience with and support of Microsoft operating systems, Oracle, Linux, and VMware with a preference for individuals with recognized IT certifications
  • Experience supporting computer technologies within regulated pharmaceutical businesses
  • Strong time management, decision making, and problem diagnosis skills
  • Extensive travel is required (70%), includes local and overnight
